Some of the more economically enduring countries are able to pay off their debt through strategic cipher planning. However, there are many countries that constantly struggle to solve their debt problems. To do this, I will describe the initiatives of the World Bank and IMF along with the reasons for its creation, its successes and challen ges, economic advantages and disadvantages of the debt relief program, and finally some biblical spot on debt forgiveness.First, it is important to look at what the HIPC Initiative is. The HIPC Initiative is a comprehensive approach to debt reduction for poor countries that requires the participation of all creditors.
